Staying connected to myself helps me handle stress and feel more present for my family, friends, and work. Here are five simple tools I turn to whenever I need to center myself. Journaling is one of my absolute essentials. There’s something magical about putting pen to paper—getting my thoughts out and just letting my mind breathe.
